Sachabu
Care Foundation works in Ghana supporting the
efforts of some of the poorest and most marginalised
people and their local communities to improve
their life through their own efforts by integrating
them in development projects.
We work with women’s groups and district
networks to build a stronger women’s movement
at grassroots level in order to address women’s
needs and interests as well as promote the empowerment
of women.

strengthen the capacity of women’s groups
and networks that address gender inequalities
and work for the promotion of rights, status
and well being of women.
To advocate for the formulation of fair laws
and policy framework that protects the rights
of women as human rights with special focus

Girl child education
Family/domestic relations
Women in decision-making
HIV/AIDS and related issues
Women’s reproductive rights

Care Foundation addresses poverty issues by
addressing the Right to Education, Agriculture
and Food security, HIV/ AIDS and Sexual Reproductive
Health Rights, Gender and Women's Rights.
